Application of KSVPP-5e (U/UTP PE):

High-frequency twisted pair cables for structured cabling systems are intended for stationary horizontal and vertical outdoor installation along building walls and for suspension on aerial communication lines. The cables are designed to operate in the frequency range up to 100 MHz (Category 5 and 5e according to GOST R 54429-2011 and ISO/IEC 11801 standards). The cables are manufactured in UHL climatic version, installation categories 1 and 2 according to GOST 15150.

Electrical characteristics:
  • Conductor resistance recalculated per 100 m of cable length at 20 °C — not more than 9.5 Ω;
  • DC resistance unbalance within a pair over 100 m — not more than 2%;
  • Attenuation coefficient recalculated per 100 m at 20 °C, dB, not more than:
Construction of KSVPP-5e (U/UTP PE):

Conductors made of soft copper wire with polyethylene insulation, twisted into pairs with different lay lengths that are neither equal nor multiples of each other. The pairs are twisted into a core with a unidirectional lay. An outer sheath made of UV-stabilized polyethylene (HDPE) is applied over the core.
